PRACTICAL INFO
Transfer services from the airport to your hotel can be booked either via your hotel or using a local transfer service. The local transfer/taxi service is called SicilyRentalCar. Our wedding planner, Marina, is also very happy to help book your transfers and has volunteered her number below :) call directly, send a text, or both are on WhatsApp.

TIMELINE
Since the wedding is abroad for most of our guests, we are arranging events the day before, and the day after, for those who would like to extend their vacation and spend some time together in Sicily!
FRIDAY 20TH JUNE 2025
Bellevue Bar - il giardino di Scopello
6PM - midnight
Aperitivo, Italian-style is on us! Meet us at Bellevue Bar (Google Maps link here), which is in the centre of Scopello village. We will serve some light aperitivo finger food, and a glass of bubbles. There will also be music and some light entertainment to get the weekend started! We'd love you to join us!
SATURDAY 21ST JUNE 2025
Torre di Scopello-Doria, Sicily | 6PM - 2AM
We're getting married! This is the main event - since we're expecting temperatures of 25+ degrees, the wedding ceremony begins at 6PM in true Sicilian style. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before to take your seat. The rest of the evening will take place at the same location - we'll have great music, amazing local cuisine, an open bar for all our guests and entertainment to keep the party going until cars take you back to your hotel or Airbnb at 2am.

SUNDAY 22ND JUNE 2025
Solarium Mazzo di Sciacca, Cala Mazzo di Sciacca

Meet us at Solarium Mazzo di Sciacca beach club, at Cala Mazzo di Sciacca. We’ve booked sunbeds for everyone—so come hang out, cool off in the sea, grab a drink, and chill with us in the sun.
DRESS CODE
Think summer wedding: we’d love to see colourful dresses, summer or linen suits and whatever you feel comfortable in for 25+ degree heat.
The ceremony will be in the late afternoon and the dinner and party in the evening - temperatures may come down to around 20 degrees. Bring something warmer if you think you might need it.
WHY SICILY?
Since we come from different countries - Espen from Norway, and Stef from the UK (with family in Italy and Poland, and friends scattered across Europe), we were always going to have to make a choice as to the destination.
We opted for Italy, due to Stef's family roots in Sicily (her dad is from Mazara del Vallo) - as well as it being the most romantic choice.
